MAJOR CHARACTERS:

Commander Schwartz Schwartz revels in living in the moment. Food, women (the few times he’s succesful) and fun are the driving forces in his life. Consequences mean little to him and he enjoys pushing people’s buttons. Schwartz is seemingly infatuated with his ship, the UV-9; he frequently talks to her and is the only Space Agency pilot to have taken the time to master flying the experimental and tempermental craft. It was well worth it – the UV-9 is the fastest ship in the fleet.

Commander Galanos Mikey Galanos is fastidious, thoughtful and a bit naive, the polar opposite in many ways of his best friend, Commander Schwartz. The duo get in fix after fix when not hanging out, watching holo-vids and drinking Pirate Ale. Galanos is always looking for a new challenge and has gone through several postings and ships in his Space Agency career. He is still hung up on Priscilla, his ex-girlfriend from his Academy days who now commands an outpost on a distant ice world.
